Welcome to our improved online registration system!
Starting August 1, 2013 this NEW Login Feature will be Required!
You are now able to set up a registration account for you and your family. You will be able to edit your family information, see what you are signed up for, make payments and apply any credits available on your account. You will no longer have to re-enter your personal information each time you register. We hope you enjoy the benefits of these new features.
NOTE: If you have registered with us in the past, and we have your email address in the system, you already have an account. Please enter the e-mail you had on your account and click on "I forgot or don't know my password". A temporary password will be emailed to that address. Once you are logged in, click “Account” at the top of the page to review and edit your account information.
Instructions for creating a new account:
1. Click on "Login" in the upper right hand corner of the page. (If you have registered with us in the past, and we have your email address in the system, you already have an account. Please see the note above).
2. Select "I would like to create an account" under the login information.
3. Enter all data for the main account holder first
4. Click “Save & Continue” when completed
5. Click “Add New Member” and enter data in for the next person in your family until you have completed your family account
6. To register for an activity click on “Register for Activities” on the left side

ALL PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED TO NEEDHAM RESIDENTS ON A FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED BASIS, INCLUDING STUDENTS IN THE NEEDHAM PUBLIC SCHOOLS METCO PROGRAM.
** Be sure to read and follow ALL registration directions. All programs are posted with dates, levels/ ages and availiblity.**
REMEMBER : YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN RECEIPT AT THE END OF YOUR ONLINE TRANSACTION!
Each receipt serves as your program confirmation AND contains important information specific to each program. NO CONFIRMATIONS ARE AUTOMATICALLY SENT FROM THE PARK AND RECREATION OFFICE.

GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
People ask us “what is the best way to register to guarantee getting into a program”. The answer is there is no way to “guarantee” you get in, as all methods are equal. It is similar to a lottery. Your chances of being placed on a wait list exist using all the methods. Pick the method you are comfortable with, follow the registration directions and chances are you will get in. However, if you do not get in, be sure to put your name on the wait list as occasionally additional classes are added to reduce the wait lists.
Be sure to follow ALL registration directions. All programs are posted with dates, levels/ ages and availiblity.
YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT OUT YOUR OWN RECIEPT AT THE END OF YOUR TRANSACTION- IT WILL SERVE AS YOUR CONFIRMATION AND FACT SHEET! (Nothing will be automatically e-mailed to you!)
If the program is full, please add you name onto the waitlist (available online) so we can evaluate the need and provide more space in the future.
