HOW TO REGISTER: Register on-line, by mail or in our office. Credit cards are only accepted on-line. Registration in our office or by mail requires a registration form along with payment by check or cash. Please do not mail cash. Our address is: Norfolk Recreation,1 Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA 02056 

WHERE ARE WE? Our office is located on the ground floor of the Town Hall, 1 Liberty Lane. Programs are held at a variety of locations noted in program descriptions. COMMUNICATION: WE USE EMAIL! Please check all emails from Norfolk Recreation. We primarily communicate registration and program information including program changes through EMAIL so please be sure to check emails from Norfolk Recreation.  

CONFIRMATIONS: We do not send confirmations so no news is good news! We only call or email if there is an issue with your registration. If there is an last minute cancellation or change, we will try to call or ask for an email response from you to assure you have received the message if there is time. You are welcome to be in touch with us if you have any questions.

PROGRAM CANCELATIONS: The best way to assure a program will not be cancelled due to low enrollment is to register early. Please do not wait to see if others sign up. If you are waiting, so are they! Our programs are self-supporting therefore we must reserve the right to cancel a program if registration numbers are too low to support the program. This doesn't happen too often, but it does happen. We start to look at numbers at least a week ahead of the program start date.  If we do cancel a program, we refund your money in entirety. Thank you for registering early!

EMERGENCY CLASS CANCELATIONS: If we need to cancel due to weather related or other unexpected circumstances, we will email you. Many times we will ask you to respond so we know you received the email.  If time allows, we will try to call as well. If the school closes early or cancels due to weather, programs at the schools will also be canceled.

REFUNDS/CREDITS are only given if a program is cancelled by Norfolk Recreation, for a documented medical reason, or if the spot can be filled with a person on our wait list. Refunds other than those due to Norfolk Recreation cancelling or a medical issue will be subject to an $8 processing charge which will be deducted from the refunded or credited amount if your spot can be filled. If a program is stated as having NO Refunds, ONLY Medical issues will be honored.

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE: Registrations are for the person named on the registration form only.

RETURN CHECK FEE: If a check is returned for insufficient funds, the Town Treasurer collects a $25 fee payable to the Town and collected by the Office of the Town Treasurer. NO exceptions.

PHOTOS: We take photos at our programs and post them on our FACEBOOK page or the Norfolk-Wrentham Youth Basketball Page. We do not post names. If you do not want your child's picture taken, please notify our office or the teacher, in writing, before the class. 

FEE REDUCTION is available for most programs for Norfolk residents in need. All inquiries should be made to Ann Proto, Recreation Director, and are competely confidential.

We are in the office every weekday, however theTown Hall is closed Fridays. Many times we are here, but we do not have a set Friday schedule so please plan accordingly.
