THERE IS A $3.00 FEE PER CHECK-OUT NOT PER TRANSACTION

Payson City Recreation will allow requests in non draft or non player evaluation leagues only if they are head to head requests.  Only one head to head request will be allowed per person.

Head to Head request means that each player must request each other (i.e. Jon Bat requests Mike Hat and Mike Hat must request John Bat for the request to be considered)

No requests are allowed for draft or player evaluation leagues.

Payson City Recreation will not guarantee any request.

Payson City Recreation will consider but not guarantee any coach request.
